I was told about the new Lucasi hybrid pool cues by a friend. He said that he hit another name brand segmented shaft cue and his new Lucasi hybrid. Both him and the man with the other name brand segmented shaft cue agreed that th Lucasi hybrid won hands down. I purchased a Lucasi Hybrid from you two weeks ago and I don't think I'll ever look at any other cues for making future purchases. Sometimes advertising is just that, advertising. Ordered my stick took a little longer because it had to come from mcdermott but got it in a week and looks just like the picture online... shooter was willing to make a deal and i respect that thanks alot to him and kathy you guys are greattt

Kathy from Shooters worked very closely with me in helping me get the cue I wanted. She went way beyond what normally would be expected of good customer service. Her extreme professionalism and honest and sincere efforts to provide exceptional customer service to her customers is greatly appreciated and rarely seen in todays fast paced world of electronic digital everything.
