This includes chalked cues. We understand that shopping on the net can be deceiving at times, and we want you to be satisfied.

After finding your orders and choosing the order with the item(s) you wish to return, scroll to bottom of the invoice page (CREATE RETURN REQUEST) and choose the items you wish to return. When we receive the return request, one of our sales representatives will contact you. Or, you can call us at (315) 247-5254 (8am-6pm EST).
When your returned items are received; we will replace the item or refund your account for the price of the item(s) returned.
There are never any restocking fees. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning products and and fees there may have been on initial order. The 90 day guarantee is effective from the date of purchase. At oursole discretion, a refund or return may be void if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. Our returns department will inspect the item(s) returned and post an authorization code for your review once item(s) are received back into our stock. There is approximately a 3-5 day delay for refunds to be posted to your account.

Pool and billiards is our life (not just a business). We have operated a family owned pool hall since 1969. Unlike other online "stores", we have REAL LIVE help from people that 'know the sport' and 'play the game'. We DO have online chat tools because unlike other websites, we actually want to offer as much support as we can. We realize that not everybody can call during business hours; so we keep people available online as an added service. For 87% of my life I have been buying high dollar cues and supplies, Carter(A.K.A SHOOTER) has forgotten more than I could ever hope to know about products and the game in general. Before the internet sale of cues I bought 24k worth of cues from $25-2,700 all full retail price from local pool halls and did not even get a free hour of pool. Since my first purchase of a McDermott jump/break cue seven yrs ago I have bought: two Predator sneaky pete cues, one included a special w/a free jump/break. Also purchased a Z shaft, I2 Shaft, McDermott limited cue, McDermott 2x4 case. Due to the poor economy I have had to sell my wonderful cues and cases.
