60 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee on Cues & Shafts

Shooters Billiards offers a 100% money-back guarantee for any cue or shaft purchased.  If order was shipped under the terms of our free shipping policy, the actual shipping charges incurred will be subtracted from the refunded amount.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your cue or shaft purchase, you may return your cue or shaft to us for a full refund for a full 60 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee requires that the products ordered be returned in original condition. For your protection please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value in case of damage during the return process. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Shipping and insurance charges for the return of the item(s) is the responsibility of the customers. If CASH BACK REWARDS were issued and the reward was used for a purchase, the cash back award used will also be deducted from the returned amount.

Personalized, customized, and discontinued items are not returnable.

Customizations performed to personalize a cue are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.  This includes, but is not limited to, cue engraving, joint changes and stain / color changes. Custom cues, discontinued closeouts and lowering price cues, personalized cues and signs, and custom covers are not eligiable for return. Please double check the measurements, spelling, and any other customization prior to ordering. Any special order item not listed on our site is not eligible for return or exchange.

Shooters Billiards at our own judgment, reserves the right to void the 60 Day money back guarantee on cues and shafts if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or excessive wear.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders, or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

I started buying from Shooters over 10 years ago when I bought my table. I was new to the billiard world and spoke to Shooter on the phone for about an hour. We had the same views on alot of subjects other than billiards . I wanted a good cue for myself and did'nt have a clue where to start . Shooter took the time to advise me and lend his experience to me for purchasing a cue . The cue is now worth more than 3 times what he sold it to me for . We are over 3000 miles apart but I'll wait for anything I purchase . I made a move from the west coast to AZ and my table came with me. It needed to be recovered and I bought my cloth from Shooters, I needed to replace the balls and they are on their way. You can't find more reasonable prices anywhere on anything related to the game. I needed 8' cloth , the distributor only had 9' cloth , Shooters sold me the cloth for the 8' price rather than have me wait 2 weeks for the 8' cloth to come in.

I have not bought anything for about 8 years until now and I knew where I was going to purchase what I needed. I have been dealing with Kathy and she does what she has to do , to get the customers purchase to them. I have purchased tips, burnishers, tip tools, sanders, shaft accessories and a number of other things from Shooters for maintenance on the table and cues and have always been more than satisfied with the price and speed at which they ship the item.
